Welcome to
The RedBird Circle
Counselling can be socially isolating ...connecting is everything
A closed peer support group for counsellors...
because even those who hold space for others need somewhere to land.
Why the RedBird Circle exists
Counselling can be one of the loneliest professions ...even when you love it.
You listen. You hold. You carry. And too often, there's no one to hand a little of that weight back to.
The RedBird Circle was created because I believe deeply in supporting the people who support others. This isn't formal training or another qualification to chase. It's simply a small, honest space where practitioners come together to reflect, recharge, and remember they're not alone in this work.

What is it?
The RedBird Circle is a monthly peer supervision group, limited to just 5 counsellors, meeting for 1 hour 45 minutes at Redbird Counselling & Supervision (with the option to move online).
Together, we:
-
Reflect on real cases and challenges
-
Support each other through the realities of this work
-
Share what's happening in our roles and communities
-
Access CPD opportunities and shared learning
-
Claim recognised group supervision hours — every session
This is confidential, closed, and small by design — built for genuine trust, not just attendance.
